This is where you go into a formal trance to reprogram your subconscious mind to let go of the smoking habit and allow you to live free from it for the rest of your life. I will work with your neurological system for about 90 minutes, communicating your goals directly to the part of you responsible for maintaining this habit.
You see, you don’t have a conscious problem. You didn’t consciously decide to get hooked on smoking. You have an unconscious problem holding onto the cigarettes deep within your mental, physical, and emotional system and that is where the solution to this problem lies. You leave the session a non smoker!
You will be a raving fan of the process. The majority of my stop smoking clients come in by way of referral because of the immediate effects and long-term outcomes you will notice as you’re now free of the cigarettes for life. Combining the natural power of hypnosis, EFT and neuro linguistic programming we communicate with your subconscious mind to:
Eliminating Cravings
Be Comfortable As A Non-Smoker
Prioritise Your Health
This program has been designed to get you re-acquainted with the part of your mind that runs all your habits and discover how to outgrow these old patterns using hypnosis so that this change EASY, PAINLESS & ENJOYABLE.
